• Advising Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC and the Dutch pension investment company APG on the acquisition of a substantial stake in The Student Hotel, recently rebranded as The Social Hub (TSH), valuing TSH and its assets under development at EUR 2.1 billion.
• Advising Getir on its acquisition of Gorillas in a share swap transaction combining two express delivery groups operating in Europe and the US, valuing Gorillas at around EUR 1.2 billion and the combined group at EUR 10 billion.
• Advising Leonardo Group on its proposed acquisition of the Zien Group comprising of 12 hotels in the Netherlands from affiliates controlled by Capital Partners LLC and their partner Garden Capital Group. 
• Advising Accenture on its acquisition of Sentia Group, a leading cloud consulting company with businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Bulgaria.
• Advising McCain Foods, one of the world's largest companies in the prepared potato and savoury segments, on its acquisition of Scelta Products, a Dutch producer of frozen foods with multiple productions sites in the Netherlands.
• Advising IK Partners on its acquisition of GoodLife Foods, a leading European manufacturer of frozen snacks with six production sites in the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark.
• Advising IK Partners on its acquisition of Sansidor, a fast-growing testing, inspection and related services provider.
• Advising iCON Infrastructure Partners on the sale of Combined Cargo Terminals, a container port terminal operator in the Netherlands.
• Advising Röhm, one of the leading manufacturers in the methacrylates business, on its acquisition of SABIC's Functional Forms business. The new combined company is expected to have sales of more than EUR 700 million and a global presence comprising 14 production sites.
• Advising KLAR Partners on its investment as a growth partner in 'hallo,', which is leading Dutch provider of mission-critical IT services for SMEs.
• Advising Excelra, a leading life science data and digital solutions provider, on its acquisition of BISC Global, a bioinformatics and data analytics consulting company with offices across Europe and the USA.
