Marvin is an associate in our New York office focusing on fund formation and secondaries transactions. He represents alternative asset managers and their investors on a variety of corporate, transactional and commercial matters, including fund structure and investment strategy. He advises clients with fund formation, sponsor- and investor-led secondaries, and securities law compliance matters. Marvin also has experience representing portfolio companies of private capital managers in connection with M&A matters. Prior to joining, Marvin interned at Freshfields where he worked with the global transactions practice group on a variety of private and public market transactions. He is fluent in German and English.
