Jimena is a Regulatory & Public Affairs consultant in our Brussels office.
She joined Freshfields in 2023. Prior to that, she worked in two specialised Public Affairs consultancy firms, in the European Parliament and in the non-profit sector.
Jimena brings expertise in platform regulation, consumer protection, and strategic communications to deliver impactful policy solutions. Her areas of expertise are digital, consumer protection, payments and digital finance policies.
Jimena has strong experience on analysing and following EU policy developments and has advised clients on EU Affairs in most jurisdictions.
She speaks English, French and Spanish.
