About
Noah guides clients through global investigations and advises on multi-jurisdictional compliance with economic sanctions, export controls, international trade, anti-bribery laws, and broader white-collar matters. His experience in these areas includes an extended secondment in the legal department of a client in the aviation industry, as well as helping clients understand complex controls and government policy relating to semiconductor technology, advanced computing, and artificial intelligence. He also helps clients negotiate with, disclose to, and seek licenses and regulatory guidance from DOJ, OFAC, BIS, DDTC, and the SEC, among other regulators. Noah also has experience advising clients on data privacy and cybersecurity.
Noah’s pro bono work includes representing clients seeking to vindicate their civil rights and seeking asylum.
