Tom is an Associate in our London office.
Tom specialises in debt finance law, with experience advising the corporate treasuries of global clients across a broad range of sectors, and lenders, on complex and cross-border transactions, including capital markets, loans, derivatives, structured financings and other products and solutions.
During his time at Freshfields, Tom has been seconded to the legal teams at Tesco and Heathrow.
