关于 Sam Prevatt
Sam is Counsel in Freshfields’ US international arbitration practice group.
His practice focuses on international arbitration (commercial and investor-state) and complex commercial litigation across a variety of sectors including energy, life sciences and financial services. He has handled arbitration proceedings under the ICSID, ICC and LCIA rules, as well as enforcement proceedings and related civil litigation.
His recent work highlights include representing an S&P 100 company in parallel ICC and ICSID arbitrations against PDVSA and Venezuela, arising from one of the largest expropriations of hydrocarbon and refining assets in history. The company was awarded over $10 billion in damages.
Sam has been recognized as a Future Leader in International Arbitration by Who’s Who Legal. He speaks English and Arabic.
