Íñigo specialises in public and private M&A, private equity transactions and company law.
He regularly advises domestic and international clients, including private equity funds and multinational corporations, across a range of sectors in domestic and cross-border transactions. He also advises on joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate and governance matters.
