关于 Clemens Treichl
Clemens is an associate in the firm’s dispute resolution group and specialises in international arbitration. He is a member of the Global Projects Disputes Practice.
Clemens represents clients throughout complex international commercial and investment disputes. He has advised on high-value proceedings under various arbitration rules, including the DIS, ICC, ICSID, LCIA and VIAC Rules. He has particular experience with disputes arising from major construction and infrastructure projects and cross-border M&A, with a focus on the aerospace, engineering, natural resources, renewable energy and telecommunications industries.
Clemens is qualified to practice as an attorney-at-law in New York State and Austria. He holds law degrees from the University of Vienna and Columbia Law School, from which he graduated as a James Kent Scholar. Before joining Freshfields, he focused on matters of public international law and the law of international institutions.
Clemens speaks English, German and French.
