Michael is an associate in the firm’s securities and shareholder litigation practice based out of Silicon Valley. Prior to joining Freshfields, Michael was a litigation associate at an international firm, where he engaged in complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, white-collar investigations and regulatory compliance matters. Prior to his time as an associate, Michael clerked in the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office.
