Freshfields advises Siemens Energy on takeover bid for Siemens Gamesa
Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) is advising Siemens Energy AG on the now announced public tender offer to the outside shareholders of the Spanish Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A. with the aim of delisting and fully integrating Siemens Gamesa. Siemens Energy AG already holds approximately 67.1 percent of the shares in Siemens Gamesa.
