Freshfields Represents Schenck Process Group in $730M Sale of its Food and Performance Materials Business

Freshfields is advising Schenck Process Group (SPG), a leading provider of sustainable, integrated measuring and process technology solutions, on the sale of SPG’s food and performance materials business to Hillenbrand, Inc. (NYSE: HI). The transaction is expected to close in the third calendar quarter of 2023, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
