Freshfields advises the Eurostar Group on its €750m green term and green revolving credit facilities

Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) advises the Eurostar Group on its €750m green term and green revolving credit facilities. This is the Eurostar Group’s first unsecured investment grade-style financing and is one of the first pure-play green corporate loans in the market. The Eurostar Group comprises the operations of Eurostar International Limited and THI Factory’s high-speed rail services between the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Société Générale acted as financial advisor and ING Bank acted as the green advisor.
