Freshfields advises JT Group on $2.4bn take-private of Vector Group Ltd.

Freshfields is advising Japan Tobacco Inc. (JT) on its agreement to acquire Vector Group Ltd. (NYSE: VGR), the fourth largest tobacco company in the United States, for $2.4 billion. Read more details of this transaction here.
