Freshfields Represents Oracle in Its $6.25B Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Debt Securities
Freshfields represented Oracle Corporation on its SEC-registered offering of $6.25 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.200% Notes due 2029, $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.700% Notes due 2034, $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.375% Notes due 2054 and $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.500% Notes due 2064.
