Freshfields advises HOCHTIEF on combination of Flatiron and Dragados North America

Global law firm Freshfields has advised HOCHTIEF on the successfully complete combination of its subsidiary Flatiron with Dragados North America. The deal creates the second largest civil engineering and construction company in North America. The newly formed entity, named FlatironDragados, is owned 61.8% by Dragados, S.A. and 38.2% by HOCHTIEF.

The Freshfields team was led by Partner Ralph Kogge, Counsel Judit Gajdics and Associate Julius Raddatz (all Corporate/M&A, Munich) and also included:
